Role Overview: We are looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable Education Counselor to join our Melbourne team. You will play a key role in guiding students and their families through course selections, application processes, and education pathways to help them achieve their academic and career goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one counseling to students and families on study options, course selection, and institutions
  • Assess student needs, aspirations, and qualifications to recommend suitable pathways
  • Assist with application processes, documentation, and communication with institutions
  • Stay updated on admission requirements, visa processes, and scholarships
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Represent CECA in seminars, workshops, and promotional events in Melbourne and nearby regions
  • Collaborate with colleagues and institutions to deliver tailored study and migration solutions
Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of onshore experience as an Education Counselor (Australian education industry)
  • Strong knowledge of Australian education systems and international student visa requirements
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools
  • Passionate about student success and career growth
