Crop Specialist Role

As a key member of our team, you will be a trusted advisor to cropping clients across Queensland. You'll provide practical advice and support that helps growers make confident decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with broadacre cropping clients to deliver tailored agronomic advice and services.
  • Conduct in-field assessments and deliver crop monitoring and planning services to ensure on-farm success.
  • Develop seasonal programs and input plans to support the growth of our client base and enhance Elders products and services.

About You:

  • Tertiary qualifications in agricultural science, agronomy or a related field are essential for this role.
  • You will have practical experience in broadacre / horticulture / viticulture agronomy, agricultural product sales, or crop consulting, as well as strong technical knowledge of cropping systems and sustainable input planning.
  • A sound understanding of digital farm management systems is also required for planning and recording recommendations.
