**About the Company**:
Our client is a Cement, Ready-Mix Concrete, Aggregates and Solutions & Products company who are at the forefront of decarbonizing building throughout its lifecycle to ensure a net-zero future.

Due to internal growth, they are seeking 2 x Quality Control Officers to join their Concrete and Aggregates team in Welshpool, Western Australia.

**About the Position**:
Reporting to the quality manager, the key focus of these positions is to ensure that company products after production, meet the established standards of quality, in preparation of distribution of goods to the market.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Coordinating quality system documentation and records.
- Conducting product inspection with internal and external customers and providing recommendations and corrective actions for non-compliance
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to maintain and improve quality of our products.
- Ensure all Critical Control Point verification and calibration activities are complete.
- Prepared to complete further training in Quality Systems as per QC Training Plan.

**Essential skills and attributes**:

- Basic knowledge of QA principles specifically for concrete and aggregates
- Dimensional tolerance awareness
- Highly developed understanding of OH&S and safety standards and policies
- Proven influencing skills and experience dealing with operational teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Strong computer skills - including word & excel
- Strong commitment and desire to learn and achieve
- Dimensional tolerance awareness
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Basic welding / fabrication
- Site works and sound understanding of HSEQ requirements
