About the Role
Assist with due diligence, negotiations, and deal structuring for high-profile clients.
Provide strategic advice on corporate governance, regulatory issues, and compliance.
Expand your experience in capital markets, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, corporate insolvency and reconstructions, and more.
Requirements
2+ years' PQE in regulated M&A and/or ECM from a recognised corporate team or firm.
Australian Legal Qualification & Admission.
Excellent commercial acumen with strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills.
