Corporate Finance Professional

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis, including cash flow model interrogation and scenario assessment
  • Support the preparation of commercial documentation and offering memoranda for debt issuance
  • Oversee debt compliance matters in collaboration with stakeholders, including Green Bond Allocation and Impact reporting
  • Provide detailed analysis to inform deal structuring decisions
  • Assist in preparing quarterly credit rating presentations and other debt and investor relations activities
  • Liaise with external parties, including rating agencies, legal advisors, relationship banks, and funding partners
  • Develop financing structures to support capital management, including project finance structures
  • Support the preparation of management briefing papers and board reports
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role within commercial accounting or corporate finance functions in a listed company or Investment Bank
  • A minimum three years' experience in analysis, modeling, and supporting corporate finance transactions is required
  • A comprehensive understanding of domestic and international debt capital markets, and exposure to infrastructure or capital-intensive project funding is essential
  • Previous experience conducting and completing due diligence
  • The preparation of debt transaction marketing materials
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, supporting corporate financing, and interacting with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Tertiary qualification in finance, accounting, or equivalent
  • Advanced MS skills in Excel, with the ability to develop and interrogate financial models independently, and produce high-quality reports and presentations in PowerPoint
