Job Summary

Corporate Lawyer - Capital Markets Specialist

We are seeking an experienced corporate lawyer to join our team as a capital markets specialist. The successful candidate will have a strong background in regulated M&A and ECM, with excellent commercial acumen and strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills.

  • The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' PQE in regulated M&A and/or ECM from a recognised corporate team or firm.
  • Australian Legal Qualification & Admission is also required.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with due diligence, negotiations, and deal structuring for high-profile clients.
  • Provide strategic advice on corporate governance, regulatory issues, and compliance.
  • Work closely with partners on complex M&A, capital markets, and strategic advisory matters.

As a corporate lawyer in this role, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on corporate governance, regulatory issues, and compliance. You will work closely with partners to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to achieve business objectives.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will be working with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
