Job Opportunity

As a Corporate and Capital Markets professional, you will work on high-profile corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and strategic advisory matters for blue-chip clients.

About the Role

  • Assist with due diligence, negotiations, and deal structuring for high-profile clients.
  • Provide strategic advice on corporate governance, regulatory issues, and compliance.
  • Expand your experience in capital markets, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, corporate insolvency and reconstructions, and more.

Requirements

  • 2+ years' PQE in regulated M&A and/or ECM from a recognised corporate team or firm.
  • Australian Legal Qualification & Admission.
  • Excellent commercial acumen with strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills.
