We are looking for passionate, committed, and engaging **Trainer & Assessors **in **Individual Support **(Aged Care, Disability Services or Community Services) and **Business (Business being Highly Desirable not essential)** to join our award-winning RTO (6998) in **Ipswich **on a** full-time basis.**

**Essential experience, qualifications and skills**:

- ** Certificate IV in Training & Assessment - TAE40116** or equivalent
- Current Industry Qualifications - Certificate III level or higher in Individual Support/Business (Business desirable not essential)
- Minimum two years industry experience - AIN or RN for Individual Support
- Exceptional communication skills and a high level of computer literacy
- A recent clear **National Police Check and current Blue Card (Working With Children Check)**:

- Current Drivers Licence and the ability to travel between different sites
