What are the Trainer and Assistant Team Leader Roles?
We have both roles on offer for the right candidates through our Pathways Program.

Our Maid2Match Pathways Program generally takes less than 6 months to go from new hire to a full-time Team Leader managing and growing your own team.

What We're Looking For
Your own car and valid driver's licence
A minimum of 4 days availability Monday–Friday.
The more availability the better
You are known as someone others can count on i.e. you are the reliable one amongst friends and family
Strong communication skills to engage with your team and clients
You have the goal of becoming an effective and respected manager
What You'll Be Doing
Hands-on domestic cleaning (private homes, NDIS, DVA) to learn our standards
Structured weekly management training sessions (in-person + online)
Developing skills in training, recruiting, onboarding, sales and team management
Preparing to lead your own team as a full-time Team Leader
