Delta Facilities Management offers maintenance, construction, and project management services to a diverse range of sectors, including commercial, defence, schools, offshore and remote sector projects.
THE POSITION Developing and maintaining effective business relationships with clients and customers.
Providing leadership to your team to achieve business objectives including fostering a culture where safety is a core value.
Develop and monitor project scope, schedule and budgets to ensure project performance and report against the work schedules and budget.
Manage a positive projects cashflow, approving contractor invoices and reporting to accountant for invoice release to client.
Align, support and develop lifecycle changeout programs for Critical assets.
Develop and handover Planned works programs for all new assets.
Assist in the development of our annual Programmed works recommendations, Schedule and deliver the approved work over a twelve month program.
Coordinate with Various client departments regarding shut-downs, Exclusion zones and permit to works approvals.
Monitoring and control the use of work management processes related to your projects.
Monitor the need for outsourcing maintenance work and ensuring capability of external service providers meets business requirements.
THE PERSON Proven experience in Asset Life cycle management.
Trade or tertiary education in a technical field (such as electrical, mechanical, or engineering) preferred.
Ability & confidence to professionally liaise with senior management including clients/customers.
Proven leadership and people management experience.
Well-developed interpersonal skills including report writing competencies, computer literacy and the ability to maintain high customer service standards and foster a positive team environment.
