We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrator who can manage multiple projects by coordinating with various tradesmen, ensuring timely repairs and adhering to budgets. This role involves scheduling works with clients and trades, managing workplace health and safety obligations, completing project timelines, and developing strong relationships with internal employees, contractors, and clients.

Requirements:
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Understanding of minor repairs/maintenance up to $2500K
