Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a versatile and talented Guest Services Agent to join the Arise Hotels & Apartments Teams.
We are looking for an experienced and professional hotelier who has had previous experience working in Hotels & Resorts.

Arise Hotels & Apartments manages approximately 3,000 self-contained and contemporary strata titled apartments.
Arise currently has an extensive portfolio across Queensland, Victoria and Adelaide with more growth set to occur in 2022 and beyond.

Responsibilities
Provide high quality customer service to our guests and residences during their stay.
Provide timely and effective email and phone management, including answering inquiries from future and in-house guests.
Check in and check out arriving and departing guests; this role is essential for the smooth day-to-day running of the operation and the guest experience.
Face challenging situations that call upon your problem solving skills and ability to be flexible and agile on the fly, while maintaining the integrity and reputation of our brand.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year's experience in the same or similar role
Previous experience using RMS9 and Cloud Hospitality Software is an advantage
Strong ability to use basic Microsoft Office systems
The ability to problem solve
The ability to be resourceful and self-sufficient
Can anticipate needs, be agile and flexible to ensure deadlines are met
Strong customer services skills
Effective and efficient time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on detail
