Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a versatile and talented Guest Services Agent to join the Arise Hotels & Apartments Teams. We are looking for an experienced and professional hotelier who has had previous experience working in Hotels & Resorts.

Arise Hotels & Apartments manages approximately 3,000 self-contained and contemporary strata titled apartments. Arise currently has an extensive portfolio across Queensland, Victoria and Adelaide with more growth set to occur in 2022 and beyond.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high quality customer service to our guests and residences during their stay.
  • Provide timely and effective email and phone management, including answering inquiries from future and in-house guests.
  • Check in and check out arriving and departing guests; this role is essential for the smooth day-to-day running of the operation and the guest experience.
  • Face challenging situations that call upon your problem solving skills and ability to be flexible and agile on the fly, while maintaining the integrity and reputation of our brand.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in the same or similar role
  • Previous experience using RMS9 and Cloud Hospitality Software is an advantage
  • Strong ability to use basic Microsoft Office systems
  • The ability to problem solve
  • The ability to be resourceful and self-sufficient
  • Can anticipate needs, be agile and flexible to ensure deadlines are met
  • Strong customer services skills
  • Effective and efficient time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on detail
