With our head office in Teneriffe and operational hubs in Chermside and Mango Hill, we've built a strong presence across Brisbane. With our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio across North Brisbane.

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end management of a residential portfolio
  • Coordinating maintenance, open homes, inspections, and lease renewals
  • Providing prompt, professional communication to landlords and tenants
  • Managing arrears and ensuring compliance
  • Completing entry, exit, and routine condition reports

What You'll Need:

  • QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate
  • Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in residential property management
  • Experience with PropertyMe and IRE
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively
