Based at Clermont Coal mine site and across surrounding area, you will be the first point of contact for our company and be responsible for a team of fitters based on site.
Your extensive knowledge of large mining hydraulic excavators will enable you to be successful in this customer facing role.As a Brand Ambassador, you will promote Hitachi's service and parts components to deliver Total Customer Satisfaction and ensuring a high degree of service and support is maintained.This role is Drive in Drive Out and has a requirement for 2 – 3 camp night stays.
The days can be flexible according to your work schedule.
About the role:Working collaboratively with the Service Department to meet and exceed customer expectations.Plan and prepare relevant documentation related to machine performance, customer products, workmanship, warranty and diagnostic information.Manage customer (internal and external) relationships Identify contract requirements and actively engage with other departmentsManage Timesheets and payroll enquiriesEngage with Business Development Manager to analyse market opportunities and form business development strategiesMaintain customer record in AMT system About youCertificate III in Mechanical Engineering, HV Electrician trade or related heavy diesel qualificationsTrusted to provide holistic technical advice on hydraulics and mechanical components for Hitachi's Large Mining Excavator rangeCommitted to meeting deadlines through planning and execution of shutdowns, Previous mine site experience will be highly regardedHere at Hitachi, we believe that success comes from the partnership of our market-leading products and the quality of our people.
