Asset Management Specialist

The successful candidate will develop and maintain maintenance plans for underground mining assets, including Longwall equipment. This involves creating and managing Bills of Materials (BOMs) as well as overseeing parts management to ensure availability and accuracy.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to optimize asset performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and supply teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Contribute to the development of shutdown processes and work management systems.
- Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for asset performance and identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a maintenance planning role within mining or resources.
- Proficiency in SAP and ability to facilitate planning workshops.
- Mechanical trade qualifications or significant site-based experience.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of shutdown processes and work management systems.
