We are seeking a seasoned Project Coordinator to lead our team with expertise in project management. As the primary point of contact, you will work closely with our service department to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
About the OpportunityThis role involves working collaboratively with our team to meet and exceed customer expectations through effective planning and execution. You will be responsible for creating relevant documentation related to machine performance, customer products, and warranty information.
About the Role- Collaborate with the service department to ensure seamless delivery of projects.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and contract requirements.
- Manage timesheets, payroll inquiries, and engage with business development managers to analyze market opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer records in our system.
You will provide expert technical advice on hydraulic and mechanical components for large mining excavators. Your ability to plan and execute shutdowns efficiently is essential. Previous mine site experience is highly regarded.
About You- Certificate III in Mechanical Engineering or related heavy diesel qualifications.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
