**Job Description**:
As a Manager, Business Insights for the Data & Regulatory Response team, you will be accountable for the design and implementation of reporting solutions to support Data management and life insurance. You will be responsible for delivering Business Insights across various business units and be a trusted adviser interacting with many stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, to ensure that the data is sourced, enriched, and utilised by BI Analysts and other users.

This is a permanent role, working flexibly from our Sydney office

In this role you will:

- Document the report specifications of the new reports to be produced from the new platform following business engagement and agreement of any potential changes to the existing designs
- Add value to the business by providing relevant recommendations and manage the relationship with various technical stakeholders
- Develop the required reports in Tableau or other chosen reporting toolset
- Engage with the data platform development team to ensure the reporting DataMart are aligned to requirements
- Engage with the business to understand how the existing reports need to be enhanced in the future state

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role you will have:

- Excellent business engagement skills including written and oral communication
- The ability to work well within a team and manage multiple stakeholders
- Attention to detail
- Experience working in Life Insurance, ideally within data analytics/management
- Extensive experience in developing, maintaining, and managing Tableau driven dashboards & analytics and working knowledge of Tableau administration/architecture
- Experience in advanced analytics tools such as Alteryx
- Experience in SharePoint administration
- Experience building data assets (data marts) to support analytical tools such as Tableau
- Advanced technical proficiency in SQL Server and SQL scripting
