Job Title: Manager - Analytics & Insights

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee insights delivery across resources in the Everyday Rewards space and manage a team of Senior and Lead Analysts. This is a fixed-term contract role that offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, leveraging advanced analytics to drive business value.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for structuring problem statements, developing hypotheses, and transforming data into actionable insights. You will also provide leadership for analysts within the business area, building and fostering a high-performing analytics team.

The successful candidate will have strong experience leading teams, as well as demonstrated ability to build partnerships to deliver business outcomes. We are looking for an individual who can bring thought leadership to our business and has extensive experience working in analytics and insights, preferably in a loyalty program context and/or retail industries.
