About the Role This full time role will be based from our Brooklyn office, and will be reporting to the Planning and Scheduling Lead NW.
As the Scheduling Coordinator you will be responsible for facilitating the efficient and effective scheduling and coordination of Maintenance related activities by Melbourne Water's delivery and operational teams.
You will also ensure continuous improvement in delivering service outcomes and productivity, whilst working collaboratively with Operational Teams to achieve customer, regulatory and financial objectives.

Demonstrated ability to effectively schedule works and use systems to improve delivery output.
Industrial experience within maintenance systems and processes Strong communication and negotiation skills to ensure a common understanding is established.

Melbourne Water are required to assess roles across Melbourne Water to determine what roles are critical under the Act.
All employees working in a role deemed SOCI critical will require additional background checks via AusCheck.
