Job Title: Scheduling Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Scheduling Coordinator.

The primary responsibility of this role is to coordinate the delivery of care services and manage the allocation of shifts to our dedicated team of support workers. This includes ensuring that appropriately skilled staff are matched with clients, in line with their care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the delivery of in-home care services
  • Manage client and staff rosters, including handling last-minute changes and replacements
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with support workers, providing ongoing assistance and management
  • Contribute to internal process improvements and continuous quality improvement initiatives
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in internal databases

Requirements:

  • Experience in aged care, disability, community services, or a similar environment
  • Previous experience in scheduling and/or working with care management systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and lateral thinking skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities
  • High level of computer literacy and attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • A current National Police Check or willingness to obtain one
