LegalVision is an industry-leading tech-driven law firm experiencing rapid growth. We are expanding our sales team and have created a new role in order to ramp up our sales this financial year. We are hiring a Sales Development Representative who will be focused on targeting our existing database of leads, aiming to nurture them and book them in for meetings with our Business Development Managers (BDMs) to close.
The Opportunity
As an Outreach Sales Development Representative, your primary responsibility will be to re-engage with leads and prospects through various outbound channels, including email, SMS and phone. Your main objective will be to qualify and prioritise potential clients, contact the lead and present a compelling case for them to meet with us again, ultimately booking them for a discovery meeting with our BDMs. Your dedication to providing exceptional client service will ensure every client touchpoint is remarkable.
This role is ideal for an early-career sales professional seeking experience in a fast-paced startup environment. For high performers, mentoring and advancement opportunities into a BDM position are available. You will be provided with clear targets and an uncapped compensation package. Previous experience in similar roles is desirable but not required, as you will receive comprehensive formal and on-the-job training in both sales and commercial law basics, enabling you to accurately qualify and identify clients' legal needs.
