Having launched in just 2019, Koinly is today used by hundreds of thousands of Crypto cryptocurrency investors, accountants and enterprises. Additionally, some of the largest Crypto Exchanges in the world partner with us to enable Tax Reporting to their users.
Our mission is to enable the world to make the best financial decisions with their crypto portfolio. We are building the tools to accelerate widespread adoption of cryptocurrency by automating the regulatory hurdles of tax compliance and asset tracking.
**The Role**
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be working alongside diverse personalities and industries. You will have impeccable communication skills who possesses great problem-solving abilities, as well as the ability to build rapport with prospects seamlessly. You will be focused on lead generation and strategic outreach for our AU team

**Responsibilities**
- Manage outbound and inbound sales channels; map the market and build sales prospects
- Inform and recommend outreach strategies and best practices by testing various types of touchpoints
- Follow up with marketing-generated leads to qualify as sales opportunities; move solid leads through the funnel, connect them to a salesperson, and arrange meetings
- Sharing market feedback with the sales and marketing teams
- Tracking, analysing, and finding ways to improve campaigns and the sales process
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of experience within customer service or sales
- Experience or a strong desire to work for an early-stage startup
- Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
- Extremely well-organised
- Basic knowledge of crypto/blockchain markets would be advantageous
