Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Efficiency Leaders (EL) is seeking a motivated and disciplined Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. This is an in-office role, based in Sydney's CBD. You will be responsible for generating outbound opportunities and booking qualified meetings to support our Account Executive.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is serious about building a career in B2B technology sales and understands the importance of consistent activity, structured outreach, and commercial outcomes. This role provides a clear path into full-time sales roles for high-performing team members.

About the Role

You will play a critical role in driving top-of-funnel pipeline through structured outreach and high-volume prospecting. Working alongside an Account Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Making a minimum of 40 outbound phone calls per day
  • Completing personalised outreach activities per day (email, LinkedIn, voicemail)
  • Maintaining a minimum of 60+ total outbound touchpoints per day
  • Booking at least 20 qualified meetings per month
  • Following structured prospecting workflows, cadences and messaging
  • Maintaining CRM hygiene and activity reporting standards
  • Collaborating with the Account Executive and Marketing team to improve outreach and performance

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Confidence in phone-based outreach and objection handling
  • High level of discipline, accountability and focus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
  • Experience in a sales, retail or customer-facing role (preferred)
  • Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

This role requires full attendance in the Sydney CBD office, no work from home.

Remuneration and Conditions

  • $50 per hour (including casual loading) plus superannuation
  • We are open to consider a full-time role for the ideal candidate
  • Eligibility for generous KPI-based performance bonuses
  • Casual employment, paid fortnightly
  • Structured onboarding and coaching provided
  • Clear KPIs, real accountability and an opportunity to perform in a commercial sales environment

This role provides a clear path into full-time sales roles for high-performing team members.

Sales Development Representatives who consistently exceed KPIs may progress into:

  • Business Development Manager
    – supporting live deal cycles, participating in demos, and building closing capability
  • Account Executive
    – leading full sales cycles from discovery to close across mid-market or enterprise accounts

You will be coached and mentored by senior sales leaders and the executive team. Top performers can expect to be considered for promotion within 12 to 18 months, based on consistent performance and business needs.
