**About the Role **We are currently seeking to appoint a Payment Officer with a leading NSW Government agency responsible for providing excellent support to operational businesses in delivering services to customers through customer services and data processing support.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Ability to analyse data and update records involving billing processes and systems.
- Build positive relationships with customers ensuring a quality experience
- Assist in revenue collection processes.
- Ability to multitask, complete multiple activities in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

**About You**
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to analyse data and update records involving billing processes and systems.
- High software skills experience.
- High experience using SAP in a utility or billing environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
