**We are looking for a Payment Operations Officer to join our Product and Services division.**

Reporting into the Team Leader, Payment Operations, the role of a Payment Operations Officer is to manage the day-to-day operations for Payment Products. Payments are associated with the end-to-end service delivery of all payment products like Bpay, Direct Entry, Member Chequing and NPP.

**In this role you will be responsible for**:

- Functions include but are not limited to handling Bpay, Direct Entry, NPP, Member Chequing and NPP function
- Ensuring that the daily work is actioned within cut-off times, meeting the requirements of our clients, APN, regulators, and other Financial Institutions.
- Identifying and escalating issues and concerns, client complaints, service failures, supplier failures or non-compliance to Cuscal policy.

- Participate in the roster between 7am and 11pm
