We are seeking a **Program Delivery Governance Advisor **for a period of **12 months - 3 days a week.**

**About You**

**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this engagement are primarily:

- Oversee and advise Program Manager and internal resource groups
- Advise on delivery methodology and governance; provide delivery assurance
- Risk and issue management, status monitoring and controlling
- Status report auditing
- Program plan walkthroughs
- Gating and approvals for linkage and contribution to strategic plans
- Ensure an appropriate architectural governance process is in place
- Ensure key architectural decisions are made by key business and technology roles
- Ensure acceptance criteria are in place for work packages across resource groups
- Quality review of delivery documentation
- Identify points in the program to transition from external higher cost resources to internal resources
- Assist in identifying suitable resources for key program roles
- Establish foundation governance cadence
- Advise on stakeholder management (executive and other stakeholder groups)
- Reporting, engagement and role/contributions expectations
- Scope clarity for stakeholders
- Narrative on change impact
- Oversee business case
- Oversee RFP process and evaluation committee
- Post foundation, in transition into Design, define delivery approach and delivery governance cadence, in collaboration with Program Manager
- Build team capability in delivery governance, throughout delivery

Key Selection Criteria
- _Highly desirable: Experience in Digital delivery_
- _Highly desirable: Experience in delivery in regulated environments_
- _Mandatory: Experience defining delivery methodologies or working with organisations where technology change delivery is not a core competency for the organisation_
- _Mandatory: Experience in building role-based competency in client organisations_
