**About our Opportunity**

Sitting within the Wealth & Capital Markets (W&CM) Platform, the Product Manager, Mortgages will partner closely with the W&CM mortgages business and services providers to develop customer centric and commercial product outcomes.

The role will consult with the business to understand the business objectives and provide customer centric product solutions, advice and delivery of the W&CM product strategy. It will manage the end-to-end product life cycle of Australian Unity Mortgage Funds, including product development, design, roadmap, value proposition solution delivery and product growth, whilst ensuring regulatory requirements and standards are met.

The primary market for Mortgage products including retail investors and advisers and the role will be required to assist with developing products which expand the client base into wholesale and institutional markets.

**What you will do**
- Develop and maintain mortgage product roadmap
- Uplift of Product Features and Customer Service proposition
- Demonstrate timely and budget delivery of expansion and diversification of mortgage product suite.
- Oversee management of offer documents and support materials ensuring clear, concise, accurate, complaint and up-to-date information
- Develop a deep understanding of regulatory framework generally, and as it specifically applies to mortgage managed investment schemes
- Developing and maintaining a framework for continual competitor market research and reporting to the business

**What we are looking for**
- Extremely strong experience in product management of pooled and contributory mortgage managed investment schemes, or more generally managed investment schemes
- Strong marketing and communications experience, including drafting product disclosure statements, explanatory memorandums, and institutional offer documents
- Strong experience across capital raising retail, wholesale, and institutional markets
- Technical knowledge in the property (mortgages) and investments discipline
- Strong drafting skills in drafting product disclosure statements, explanatory memorandums and institutional offer document
- Analytical and conceptual skills and demonstrated ability to analyse business impacts
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines with conflicting priorities
