Job Title:

Mortgage Product Leader for APAC

We are seeking a Mortgage Product Leader to lead the strategy and delivery of a regional mortgage solution designed to set a new global benchmark. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who want to join a cloud banking leader in shaping the future of lending across APAC.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with product, technology, and customer teams to develop a 24-month roadmap with key performance indicators (KPIs) for what needs to be worked on. You will create a vision and strategy to succeed, aligning solutions with corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and receive input from team members to define a clear direction and priorities for the mortgage product.
  • Direct or manage the execution of product management processes and contribute to the elevation of product management within the organization.
  • Engage with customers to understand their business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Act as a career coach and advisor to management professionals to ensure attraction and retention of high-level talent.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with 12+ years of relevant experience and 4+ years of management experience or combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of small business banking and consumer space in relation to both processes and regulations.
  • Advanced understanding of software development processes, technologies, and methodologies.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  • Proven ability to plan and deliver products in an agile environment.
