APAC Mortgage Product Leadership Role

This leadership position is designed to spearhead the strategy and delivery of a regional mortgage solution that sets a new global benchmark.

The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams to shape the future of lending across APAC, leveraging data-driven insights, design thinking, and market expertise.

  • Create and implement a 18-24 month roadmap with key performance indicators for successful product development
  • Develop and communicate a compelling vision and strategy to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and revenue forecasting
  • Promote a culture of innovation and customer-centricity throughout the organization
Key Requirements
  • 12+ years of relevant experience in product management or a related field
  • 4+ years of management experience, with a proven track record of delivering products in an agile environment
  • Advanced understanding of software development processes, technologies, and methodologies
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and internal stakeholders
