About Our Opportunity
We are seeking a results-driven professional to play a pivotal role in our retail branch network.
As a Lending Specialist, you will build relationships with members on base by delivering exceptional member service and providing sound residential mortgage advice.
You will work collaboratively with branch staff, regional lending peers, and our credit team to provide a positive member experience during the largest purchase of their lifetime – their home.
The ideal candidate will possess strong retail lending experience, solid knowledge of local residential mortgage products, and a real estate market understanding within their region.
A Tier 2 accreditation or Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Brokering is essential. You should also have the skill and ability to create new opportunities, convert leads, and manage your pipeline.

- Provide seamless end-to-end banking experiences for members.
- Make outbound calls to new and prospective members.
- Create meaningful conversations with members by building trust and confidence.
- Bilateral relationships with Defence Community members.
- Educate members on digital banking tools.
- Mortgage and Consumer lending portfolio growth.
- Credit Team collaboration for timely and compliant outcomes.
