**Duties / Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing the management of company operations in cleaning, security and maintenance
- Managing excellent service delivery for cleaning, security, customer service and maintenance disciplines
- Meeting our contractual obligations and pleasing key stakeholders by meeting and exceeding their expectations
- Meeting financial targets, managing budgets and monthly reporting requirements
- Providing strong leadership, coaching, mentoring, and motivating your team to deliver

**About You**:

- Exceptional oral and written communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills applicable in a dynamic work environment
- Ability to work unsupervised and be self-motivated.
- Experience in facilities management or soft services ideally in a retail environment
- High standard of presentation
- Personable with excellent customer service attributes and the ability to engage key stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Proven ability to engage and inspire people to deliver their best.
- Extensive previous facility management experience with proven success in managing multifaceted operations and delivering strong financial outcomes.
- Exposure to, and knowledge of, cleaning and security systems, processes, and methods
- Advanced computer skills and knowledge of the Microsoft office package
