**About the Role**

Building on your foundation as a Registered Nurse, we are excited for someone to bring energy, enthusiasm, fresh eyes, and ideas to supplement the delivery of quality clinical and robust services. You will bring together an inter-disciplinary team that delivers high quality, evidence-based, person-centred care, and support.

Strong teams will support you locally and centrally. You will have the autonomy to lead the service while also benefiting from mentoring from senior practitioners and leaders from our business Support Centre. Your leadership will ensure the facility meets regulatory and organisational requirements, whilst achieving financial viability, and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders and the community.
