**Intro - Greatest Good/the role**:
Greatest Good is a digital ecosystem connecting conscious consumers with for-purpose organisations (social enterprises, charities and other NFPs, B Corps) for the greatest good.

We are an early-stage social enterprise seeking a passionate and experienced Ecommerce Coordinator to create positive social impacts. This position is hands-on, focussing on handling the day-to-day digital requirements. You will be responsible for a wide scope of eCommerce functions including uploading and modifying products, implementing content, conversion rate and performance improvement initiatives.

The role increases the awareness of Greatest Good, its digital ecosystem and service offering, and ultimately, it's social impact. You will assist consumers and organisations to connect to and engage with the ecosystem, including on-boarding and ongoing support as required. Consistent with working for an early-stage firm, you will have lots of variety and get involved in a range of projects and ongoing tasks.

We are seeking a self-starter with e-commerce experience and experience working for/with for-purpose organisations. You are willing to be at the forefront of representing the organisation, increasing social impacts and showcasing your expertise in the ecommerce space.

We are able to provide some flexibility with days and hours, so please indicate your preferred working days/hours when applying. The role(s) will require a combination of remote and on-site work (Bayside Melbourne).

**Your experience**:

- Ecommerce qualifications, plus at least 2 years relevant work experience working on digital platforms and marketplaces
- Significant Magento experience required
- Shopify and other ecommerce tools and apps experience preferred
- Experience using meta data for SEO including Meta product classifications (facets/refinements) video (where applicable), Google Analytics and other Google products, with proven ability to capture and collate data in a presentable and useful way
- Strong competence with Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in light HTML coding, web, CMS, layout, user experience, A/B testing, identifying target audiences and driving website traffic, engagement, results and reporting
- Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels
- Demonstrated experience balancing data driven decision making while offering creating solutions to problems
- Experience with predictive intelligence tools
- Experience with CRM or similar database environment
- Copywriting experience, including content creation across websites, social media platforms and newsletters

**The role**:
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for:

- Maintaining the digital ecosystem - a combination of website, marketplace and posts
- Putting the customer first in every decision with a demonstrated experience of improving the conversion rate and the overall online customer journey
- Managing the set up and maintenance of all products, services and posts, including assisting for-purpose organisations and service provider members with onboarding and ongoing activities (setting up profiles, videos, SEO, products/services, events and courses, paid and volunteer jobs, collaboration opportunities, grants and funding)
- Ensuring product and content is accurately represented and optimised for the customer journey, with SEO, SEM and copy writing across product descriptions and website pages as required, including sourcing relevant imagery as required
- Playing an active role in identifying valuable site enhancements
- Creating and testing all enhancements and core releases across the website and digital ecosystem
- Driving growth and customer acquisition strategies
- Managing, analysing and reporting on key web performance metrics, providing actionable insight on customer patterns and behaviours to learn, improve, and achieve team and business KPI's and improve marketing tactics
- End-to-end management of social media advertising and SEO
- Working with social media staff to coordinate A/B testing
- Newsletter design and input
