Finance Modernisation

As the Finance Modernisation Data Stream Lead, you will play a pivotal role in managing all data-related aspects of the Finance ERP modernisation project. Reporting to the Chief Data and Analytics Officer and working closely with the Finance Modernisation Program Director, you will lead data migration, master data management, and ESG reporting while serving as the key link between the project and the Data & AI team.

In this role, you will collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to understand their requirements, translate them into actionable insights, and ensure alignment with project objectives. You will also manage a small team of data professionals and leverage expertise from across the Data & AI team to meet project needs.

Your strong leadership and communication skills will be essential in fostering collaboration across departments, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring that deliverables align with both project timelines and strategic priorities. **About You**
**To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities**:

- Demonstrated Experience in Leading Large-Scale Data Transformation Projects
- Deep Understanding of Finance Systems and Processes
- Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management
- Strong Data Integration & Architecture Expertise
- Knowledge of Data Governance, Quality, and Security

**Qualifications**
- A degree in IT or Finance, or a related field
Relevant certifications in data management (e.g., DAMA)
- Relevant certifications in Project Management (e.g. Agile)
- Finance qualification (e.g. CA / CPA)
