Strategic Finance Leader

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) plays a pivotal role in driving the financial strategy and growth of an organisation. The company has experienced remarkable expansion, doubling its revenue from $250M to $1B in just three years.
Main Responsibilities- Lead finance transformation, modernising systems, and embedding scalable processes and controls.
- Provide timely, accurate, and commercially relevant financial reporting and analysis to support business decision-making.
- Partner with the Executive Leadership Team and Board to drive financial performance and sustainable growth.
- Oversee statutory reporting, compliance, and audit in line with regulations.
- Lead, coach, and develop the regional finance team to build capability, accountability, and future-ready leadership.
- Proven senior finance leadership in a complex environment.
- ERP-enabled transformation expertise.
- M&A experience, particularly embedding consistent financial processes across acquired or diverse businesses.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to partner with operations and commercial leaders to improve decision-making and profitability.
This is not a 'steady state' CFO role, requiring someone who thrives in environments of change, sets clear strategic direction, and delivers hands-on solutions.
