Finance Reporting Analyst

Location: Melbourne CBD

We're looking for a Finance Reporting Analyst to join our finance team and play a key role in delivering critical financial reporting and insights to drive decision-making. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with data, streamlining processes, and finding ways to make reporting smarter and faster.

What you'll be doing:

  • Prepare and distribute daily and weekly financial reports to track performance
  • Deliver Group KPI reporting and compile ABS submissions
  • Manage bank reporting and covenant compliance
  • Produce the CFO Supporting Pack and support board-level reporting
  • Drive automation and enhance reporting systems (including NSPB)
  • Conduct competitor analysis and maintain the consensus file
  • Provide analytical support for strategic and investor relations activities

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience in financial analysis and reporting
  • Advanced Excel skills and reporting system experience (NetSuite/NSPB a plus)
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience in automating and streamlining reporting processes
