We're seeking a despatch co-ordinator to join our team here at RXI Group, VIC. You will be responsible for the day-to-day planning, co-ordination, picking, packing and managing a small team.

**Duties include but are not limited to**
- Manage the daily delivery schedule to ensure maximum deliveries are achieved
- Schedule deliveries to meet our branches and customers' needs and requirements
- Book in and book out deliveries
- Liaise with internal departments to best manage upcoming deliveries
- Be a point of contact for site issues

**Success Requirements**
- Demonstrated understanding or formal training in aspects of the Chain of Responsibility.
- Forklift driver's license (not essential)
- Experience scheduling in a busy environment
- Able to operate effectively during peak periods business when required.
- Strong time management, administration and organisational skills.
- Computer literacy (Word and Excel).
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to complete multiple tasks with varying levels of priority.
- Willingness to be a team player and support various areas of the business.

The working hours for this role are 07:00 - 16:00 Monday to Friday
