Overview

Victory Curtains and Blinds is seeking a self-starter Design Consultant - Curtains and Blinds to join our in-home design team. For over 35 years, Victory Curtains and Blinds has been providing Australian homes with premium custom-made window furnishings. Backed by our superior product and service, we deliver the perfect blinds, curtains, shutters, and awnings for your home. Due to business growth, we're seeking motivated in-home design consultants with strong sales abilities to join our respected and successful team.

Locations: Cricklewood, South Australia; West Hindmarsh, South Australia.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-home design consultations to understand client needs and present window furnishing solutions.
  • Close sales with a consultative, customer-focused approach; leverage qualified leads (no cold calling).
  • Coordinate with our sales administration team to book appointments based on your availability.
  • Utilize the best-in-home showroom tools in the industry to support client decisions.
Qualifications
  • Experience in in-home design consulting, window furnishings, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Strong sales skills with a consultative, customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent organizational skills and punctuality.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
  • A positive, "can-do" attitude with a passion for home styling.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and advise customers on their design needs.
  • A reliable vehicle for travel to client appointments.
  • A mobile phone and laptop for managing bookings and customer interactions.
