The Role

This casual role involves working in showrooms and over the phone, booking leads for sales consultants, helping customers with product selection, orders and general enquiries.

Day-to-day, you'll be communicating with customers, installers, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth deliveries and installations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicating with customers and assisting with product selection, orders, and general enquiries.
  • Booking leads for sales consultants.
  • Working closely with the team to ensure smooth deliveries and installations.
Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Confident communication skills and basic computer knowledge.
  • Solid administration skills.
  • Flexibility to work weekends as part of a 7-day roster at various locations.
  • Clear communication skills and fluent English.
