Key Roles and Responsibilities

As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining key relationships with new and existing clients. You will identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the territory, stay ahead of industry trends and market dynamics, and engage with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions. Additionally, you will represent the company in your territory, becoming a go-to expert for regional insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in construction, earthmoving, or a related field (desired but not essential)
  • Strong knowledge of materials and wet plant hire (desired but not essential)
  • Ability to think laterally and adapt to an ever-changing environment
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and a solutions-based outlook
  • Initiative, resilience, and strong communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of CRMs and Microsoft Office products
