**Retail Support Centre**:
The Retail Support Centre is based in St Kilda, offering easy access to public transport and a short walk away from Acland Street. **Know the Role**:
The Ecommerce Coordinator is a vital part of our team, responsible for ensuring all product-related content is uploaded, accurately represented on the website, and optimized for the customer journey. You will also provide support to the ecommerce team, contributing to the success of our rapidly growing online and omnichannel business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Upload and manage product-related content on the website.
- Ensure accurate representation of products and optimize the customer's online shopping experience.
- Support the ecommerce team in various tasks and projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance online customer experience.

**What You Need to Succeed**:
We are looking for a proactive individual with a high level of communication, both verbal and written. You should be willing to go the extra mile to see the job through to completion and have the ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines on a weekly basis. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are crucial, as is an eagerness to take on new skills and offer support in project work.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role with a strong enthusiasm for ecommerce.
- Experience using ecommerce platforms to manage stock online.
- Knowledge of website infrastructure and ecommerce platforms.
- Ability to provide an outstanding online customer experience and understand the consumer path to purchase.
- Experience in using data and web analytics to enhance online behavior.
- Eagerness and willingness to learn.
- Strong understanding of best practices, administrative proficiency, and attention to detail.
- High level of MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
