**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As Venue Manager you will be responsible for all day to day operations of the business to ensure customers are being provided an exceptional product and experience every time. To be successful in this role, you'll need minimum 3 years previous experience in a similar role and strong staff supervisory and service skills. You will be responsible for ensuring the venue is operating smoothly and all staff are working together as a cohesive team. You will have outstanding people and business skills, an ability to work in a fast paced environment and model the Milky Lane values and brand.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

Manage all day to day venue operations including financials, rosters, wages, supplies, KPIs etc

Supervise Managers and ensure all aspects of the venue are operating smoothly at all times

Operate in a fast paced, high volume environment

Address customer concerns or queries

Operate as part of a dynamic team

Work well under pressure

Ensure you and your staff are creating a fun, passionate environment and delivering the full Milky Lane experience for customers

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**

Minimum 3 years experience as a restaurant Venue Manager or similar role

Experience in a fast paced, high volume environment, with annual turnover minimum $2 million

Outgoing energetic personality that thrives on customer interaction

Confident in all aspects of this role - able to hit the ground running

Excellent communication, strong business and leadership skills

Experience leading and developing a team to achieve set goals

Role model for the Milky Lane brand

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Terrigal, NSW 2260: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Venue management: 2 years (preferred)
