Each of our centres is an impressive, purpose-built facility with indoor and outdoor learning environments, which have been designed and customised to capture the imagination of all children to play, learn, develop and grow.
This newly created role will play a key role in supporting our Human Resources and Talent Acquisition teams in order to deliver a high level of support to our 50 centres nationally. As the People and Performance Administrator, you will have the opportunity to grow your skills at the grassroots level and master your craft within this collaborative and supportive team.
**Day to day, you will**:
Be the first point of contact in HR
Answer general people-related queries
Update people-related policies
Maintain systems information
Prepare letters and contracts
Administer workers compensation claims
Administer our Wellness Program
Coordinate and administer RTO and traineeships
Monitor absentee reports
Maintain HR files
Review metrics
Assist in developing reports
Support our Talent Acquisition team with recruitment administration
Other special projects as required.
**You will be**:
An experienced HR assistant interested in building your skills across human resources
Passionate and dedicated about producing work of a high quality and maintaining a high standard
Experienced in working independently and managing your time effectively
Highly organised with proven experience juggling a long task list, and wide range of demands
Friendly and professional, with exceptional support skills
Flexible and adaptable to meet the changes needs of the business as it continues to grow
A team player, happy work together to achieve big picture outcomes
Able to build strong relationships with people at all levels of the organisation
A strong problem solver
Attentive to the detail
Highly motivated and driven, and looking for ongoing growth and development.
**Your new role will require you to hold**:
A Degree in Human Resources/Psychology/Business, or equivalent relevant qualifications
1-2 years local experience in a similar role
HRIS skills preferred, but not essential
Intermediate Excel skills
Excellent attention to detail
