Your New Role
Reporting to the Recruitment and Onboarding Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring all employees comply with the Working with Children (Blue Cards) and Police Check requirements.
In addition to this, you will work with Governement departments to ensure organisational compliance, manage existing employee working with children compliance and undertake compliance related projects to ensure continuous improvement of the business.

About You
Minimum of 2 year's work experience in an administration role with high volumes
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail
Demonstrated ability in building and maintaining relationships both internally and externally
Effective time management skills with a demonstrated ability to meet multiple deadlines and commitments
Please note: Working With Children Check (Blue Card) No Card, No Start and Restricted Person legislation applies.
All PCYC employees are required to complete a National Police Check upon commencement.
