SEO Manager - Take Ownership of Organic Growth Strategy

Looking to own and lead the SEO strategy for a growing digital marketing team? This is your chance to step into a high-impact role where your ideas, insights, and initiatives will directly influence real results.

We're working with a well-established digital agency that partners with clients across a wide range of industries - helping them scale through smart, data-led digital marketing. With a strong pipeline and a growing demand for SEO, they're now looking to bring on an experienced SEO Manager who can lead the charge on all things organic.

What you'll be doing:

  • Own and execute SEO strategies that drive traffic, rankings, and performance
  • Conduct deep keyword research and competitor analysis to uncover content opportunities
  • Optimise on-page, off-page, and technical elements across client websites
  • Track, report, and present insights to clients – keeping them informed and engaged
  • Stay on top of Google algorithm updates and the latest SEO trends
  • Work closely with developers, writers, and broader marketing teams to align efforts
  • Mentor and develop junior SEO talent as the team grows

What we're looking for:

  • 2+ years in an SEO role, ideally agency-side, with proven campaign wins
  • Confident in Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush and other key SEO tools
  • Solid grasp of technical SEO and how it ties into the broader digital picture
  • Analytical mindset - you know how to turn data into decisions
  • Clear communicator - you can explain SEO value to non-technical stakeholders
  • Passionate about digital and ready to take ownership of your work
