As an Assistant Sales Manager, you'll be a pivotal force in our sales team's success. If you embody leadership, motivation, and a passion for sales, you could be the perfect fit.

**We are seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to join the team at our Keystar dealership in Morayfield**

**The role**:

- Creating excitement and passion around our products
- Achieve or exceed personal & team sales volume targets set on a monthly basis
- Uncovering customer needs and providing options and solutions to those needs.
- Providing exceptional product and service knowledge to our customers
- Understanding and performing the other roles within the dealership such as valuating trade ins, introducing customers to our finance, insurance and aftermarket teams, leading the sales team when required.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintaining current knowledge regarding the brands, products and services and our competitive products

**About you;**
- Experience in a similar role desirable
- Ability to meet required targets and have a driven nature and work in a team environment
- Excellent customer service skills in face to face sales
- Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
- Current Drivers Licence
- You will be highly organised and able to implement procedures in line with company guidelines
