**MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING HANDYMAN** _Permanent PART-TIME POSITION - Tuesday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm_

The successful applicant will:

- **Hold a valid NSW driving license.**:

- **Have a valid Working with Children Check.**:

- **Possess sound knowledge and relevant skills in general maintenance and repair work and **be capable of assisting with projects and handling ad hoc building maintenance and repair tasks.
- **Be able to work both in a team and independently**, as required by the management.
- **Demonstrate a good understanding of Workplace Occupational Health & Safety Standards.**:

- **Be willing to undertake additional training relevant to the role.** This may include maintenance of CCTV and Call System equipment, Electrical Testing & Tagging of Appliances, and staying updated on health and safety protocols.
- **Be competent in driving and maintaining the organisation's vehicles.**:

- **Assist teachers and administration staff with functions, events, and special school assemblies' setup.**:

- **Be flexible to help students and staff when required.**:

- **Contribute to and monitor the daily cleaning process of the school premises.**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $45,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 35 per week
