We're on a mission to inspire confidence and celebrate individuality, and we're looking for a savvy, relationship-driven PR & Influencer Coordinator to help elevate our voice across the fashion and lifestyle landscape.Role OverviewThis is a pivotal and senior-level coordination role, ideal for someone with a strong background in PR and influencer strategy who is ready to take ownership of brand visibility across earned and owned media.As our PR & Influencer Coordinator, you'll lead strategic initiatives to grow Francesca's media presence and influencer collaborations.
You will be responsible for executing and evolving our influencer and PR programs — with a strong preference for candidates who come with pre-existing relationships across the influencer and media landscape in fashion, beauty, and lifestyle.
You'll work closely with marketing, creative, and e-commerce teams to ensure Francesca's brand story is consistently communicated across all channels.Key ResponsibilitiesInfluencer & Ambassador StrategyLead and execute Francesca's influencer strategy (gifting, partnerships, paid campaigns, affiliate programs) aligned with brand and marketing goals.Develop and manage ongoing relationships with macro, micro, and nano influencers, stylists, and tastemakers across the Australian market.Secure strategic partnerships that drive brand awareness, traffic, and conversions — measuring campaign ROI through performance metrics.Proactively identify and pitch creative influencer campaigns that align with new collections, launches, and seasonal marketing initiatives.Campaign Execution & EventsSupport influencer activations and gifting strategies tied to major campaigns, launches, or seasonal moments.Collaborate on launch and in-person events (e.g. media breakfasts, influencer previews, pop-ups) and attend relevant industry events to build relationships.Assist with ideation and roll-out of unique PR stunts and experiential activations that generate buzz and media coverage.Public Relations & Media OutreachHelp oversee media relations in partnership with our agency: from identifying press opportunities and crafting compelling press releases, to coordinating samples and managing PR agencies.Work with our agency as well as independently to pitch brand stories, founder profiles, and product placement opportunities to key media contacts in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and digital press.Cultivate strong media relationships with fashion editors, journalists, bloggers, stylists, and media producers — particularly within Australia.Develop and manage the PR calendar in alignment with the marketing strategy.Reporting & AnalysisTrack, measure and report on influencer and PR performance using platforms such as Shopify, Meta, Google Analytics, and affiliate tools.Manage and report monthly on PR and influencer KPIs and suggest data-led optimisations.Oversee PR and influencer budget allocation in line with annual marketing objectives.Skills & ExperienceRequiredMinimum 3+ years' experience in a PR, influencer marketing, or communications role — ideally within the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industries.Demonstrated success in delivering measurable influencer campaigns and/or media coverage.Excellent communication, copywriting, and relationship management skills.Highly organised, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.PreferredExperience working in-house at a fashion, beauty or lifestyle brand OR in a PR/media agency.Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, Klayvio, Triple Whale and Google Analytics.Experience working with affiliate platforms such as LTK.Background in managing influencer contract negotiations and paid collaborations.A network of existing contacts within Australian fashion/lifestyle influencer and media circles.Success Measures (KPIs)=90% completion rate of influencer deliverables per campaign10% increase in ambassador program engagement within 12 monthsMinimum 3 PR send-outs or activations per quarterMonthly reports delivered on time with actionable insightsPositive internal collaboration feedback from cross-functional teamsWhy Join Francesca?
