We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PR & Influencer Coordinator to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in elevating our brand presence across the fashion and lifestyle landscape.

About the Role
  • This senior-level coordination position is ideal for someone with a strong background in PR and influencer strategy who is ready to take ownership of brand visibility across earned and owned media.

You will lead strategic initiatives to grow our media presence and influencer collaborations. Your responsibilities will include executing and evolving our influencer and PR programs, with a strong preference for candidates who come with pre-existing relationships across the influencer and media landscape in fashion, beauty, and lifestyle.

As a member of our team, you will work closely with marketing, creative, and e-commerce teams to ensure our brand story is consistently communicated across all channels.

Key ResponsibilitiesInfluencer & Ambassador Strategy
  1. Lead and execute our influencer strategy (gifting, partnerships, paid campaigns, affiliate programs) aligned with brand and marketing goals.
  2. Develop and manage ongoing relationships with macro, micro, and nano influencers, stylists, and tastemakers across the Australian market.
  3. Secure strategic partnerships that drive brand awareness, traffic, and conversions — measuring campaign ROI through performance metrics.
  4. Proactively identify and pitch creative influencer campaigns that align with new collections, launches, and seasonal marketing initiatives.
Campaign Execution & Events
  1. Support influencer activations and gifting strategies tied to major campaigns, launches, or seasonal moments.
  2. Collaborate on launch and in-person events (e.g. media breakfasts, influencer previews, pop-ups) and attend relevant industry events to build relationships.
  3. Assist with ideation and roll-out of unique PR stunts and experiential activations that generate buzz and media coverage.
Public Relations & Media Outreach
  1. Help oversee media relations in partnership with external agencies: from identifying press opportunities and crafting compelling press releases, to coordinating samples and managing PR agencies.
  2. Work with external agencies as well as independently to pitch brand stories, founder profiles, and product placement opportunities to key media contacts in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and digital press.
  3. Cultivate strong media relationships with fashion editors, journalists, bloggers, stylists, and media producers — particularly within Australia.
  4. Develop and manage the PR calendar in alignment with the marketing strategy.
Reporting & Analysis
  1. Track, measure and report on influencer and PR performance using platforms such as Shopify, Meta, Google Analytics, and affiliate tools.
  2. Manage and report monthly on PR and influencer KPIs and suggest data-led optimisations.
  3. Oversee influencer and PR budget allocation in line with annual marketing objectives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in a PR, influencer marketing, or communications role — ideally within the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industries.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering measurable influencer campaigns and/or media coverage.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and relationship management skills.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
